Interdisziplinärer Online-Service mit Zugang zu Zeitschriften, E-Books und digitalisierten Dokumenten aus den Ländern Mittel-, Ost- und Südosteuropas. Neben Originalartikeln aus mazedonischen, albanischen oder moldavischen Literatur- und Kulturzeitschriften bilden Dokumente aus Ländern wie Tschechien, Polen, Ungarn oder Rumänien einen Schwerpunkt des Online-Portals.

Insgesamt umfasst der Online-Service rund 600.000 Aufsätze im Volltext aus rund 2.200 Periodika in 23 Sprachen. Thematisch abgedeckt werden insbesondere die Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften. Weitere wichtige Bausteine des Portals sind darüber hinaus die Neuedition alter oder vergriffener Bücher als E-Books sowie graue Literatur. Updates: laufend.
