Verlagsinformation :: Publisher's information International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators, as well as judgements of national courts. They are prepared at the Lauterpacht Research Centre for International Law in the University of Cambridge. Because of the standing and scope of its coverage, the series is widely cited in judgments of international and national tribunals. Keywords and summaries add value to each case. The ICSID Reports provide the only comprehensive published collection of arbitral awards and decisions given under the auspices of the World Bank's International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes or pursuant to other multilateral or bilateral investment treaties, including in particular the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT). These decisions, which are fully indexed, make an important contribution to the growing body of jurisprudence on international investment. In autumn 2013 CUP carried out some research with buyers and users of ILR, ICSID Reports and other Cambridge law content, with results indicating an increasing use of online resources by academics and practitioners. In response CLR was developed, to provides user with the important information contained in the reports. There are lots of added features and functionality to make accessing and using the content more congenial, including browsing by courts, treaty, judge and keyword; extensive search options and filtering within results; exportable citations; site response to user's device; navigation between cases using citation links; tools to make it easy to navigate through reports; ability to save searches and frequently used cases; and customisable alerts. CLR will launch with ILR volumes, with ICSID Reports being made available digitally for the first time in 2015. CLR content will be added in phases. ILR volumes 100 - 156 will be available at launch, with the earlier volumes to be released in batches over the following months. The full set will be on CLR by Spring 2015. ICSID Reports will follow and will be fully available by Summer 2015. New volumes in both series will also be added as they publish.
