Verlagsinformation :: Publisher's information Space Law Basic Legal Documents is a collection of international treaties and agreements, resolutions and national legislations in the field of space law. It is divided in five parts: Principal International Legal Instruments; Special Subjects; International Organizations; International Cooperation and International Projects; National Legislation. Individual parts of the publication are introduced by international experts (see the list of permanent contributors), and the documents are printed in full or in excerpts according to their relevance. The publication and all printed documents are in English or an official English translation. If no such translation exists (e.g. for some national laws in China, Russia or Ukraine), unofficial translations are provided instead. The collection is an essential reference and research tool for all those involved in the study, formulation, implementation and application of space law and policy: academic law libraries; national space agencies; practitioners from national governments and space agencies, specialists in international organisations; private companies involved in telecommunications and space as well as students worldwide. |
