Online-Service mit Zugang zu über 1.500 Handbüchern des Verlages Oxford University Press aus 18 Fachbereichen, darunter Archäologie, Business und Management, Altertumswissenschaften, Kriminologie, Wirtschaft und Finanzen, Geschichte, Recht, Sprache, Literatur, Musik, Philosophie, Politik, Psychologie, Soziologie, Religion, Physik und Neurowissenschaften. Die einzelnen Handbücher wurden von anerkannten Wissenschaftlern verfasst, die Übersichtsartikel ("state-of-the-art surveys") zu zentralen Fragestellungen und Forschungsthemen führen jeweils in eine Teildisziplin des Fachgebietes ein. Beiträge zu noch nicht veröffentlichten Handbüchern werden vorab online veröffentlicht ("online first").

Die einzelnen Fachbereichsmodule können entweder copyrightjahresweise per Datenkauf erworben oder copyrightjahresübergreifend im Rahmen eines Jahresabonnements bezogen werden. Sämtliche Titel können auch durch Pick&Choose einzeln erworben werden. Als weiteres Erwerbungsmodell wird Evidence Based Acquisition (EBA) angeboten. Updates: monatlich.
